Warm Days, Cooler Nights

Our sunny warm weather continues. We have broken a record for the least rainfall in July, I have heard. But the good news is that our nights have recently become cooler, with refreshing breezes flowing through open windows. At 6 am the temperature is 16 degrees C (61 degrees F). Today's high is expected to be 32 degrees C (90 degrees F), dropping to 19 degrees C (66 degrees F) overnight. There is a possibility of thunder showers. (Rain of any kind would be welcome!)

Sunny Day - Possible Thunder Showers

We have had hot sunny weather for weeks now with hardly a sprinkle of rain. At 8:15 am the temperature is 23 degrees C (73 degrees F). The high in Ottawa is expected to be 30 degrees C (86 degrees F) with thunder showers possible this afternoon. Overnight the temperature is expected to drop to 19 degrees C (66 degrees F).

Rain Needed!

I love sunny weather! So this summer has been amazing! But a day or 2 of rain would be really welcome as our grass turns brown and our flowers need to be watered daily. It has been very hot the past few days, but today is supposed to be a little cooler.

At 5:45 am the temperature is 20 degrees C (68 degrees F). Ottawa's high is expected to be 27 degrees C (81 degrees F) before dropping to 14 degrees C (57 degrees F) overnight.

I'm enjoying these sunny days, but gardens are in need of rain!

After last week's heat wave, our current weather is a welcome change. At 8:10 the temperature is 19 degrees C (66 degrees F). Today's high is expected to be 25 degrees C (77 degrees F), dropping to 13 degrees C (55 degrees F) overnight. (Maybe we won't need the air conditioner!)

Cloud - Possibly Rain

Has it been a week since I updated Ottawa's weather?! The past week has been hot and dry, so the shower we had overnight was welcome - and gardeners would like more rain. At 7:15 am the temperature is 22 degrees C (72 degrees F). Today's high is expected to be 28 degrees C (82 degrees F), dropping to 16 degrees C (61 degrees F) overnight.
