Expecting Rain

Today is windy and cool, making it feel cooler than temperatures would indicate. At 4 pm it's 3 degrees C (37 degrees F) with rain expected overnight and overnight temperatures rising to 7 degrees C (45 degrees F). A warming trend is on the way!
