Today's high is expected to climb from the 9am temperature of -19 degrees C (-2 degrees F) to -7 degrees C (19 degrees F). The overnight temperature is forecast to be -8 degrees C (18 degrees F).
There appears to be a warming trend - a mixed blessing, as in winter the rule is: clear and COLD; warm and CLOUDY!
